Pickup Orders:

Due to a rise in credit card fraud, we will refuse service if any of the following conditions are not met:

- Customer's full legal name as it appears on their ID (first name + last name) must be on the order.

- Customer making the order MUST be the customer accepting the order.

- Customer MUST provide a government-issued Canadian picture ID or Passport with the name matching the order.

- Customer MUST present the physical credit card used to make the purchase with the name matching the order. Digital credit cards are not accepted.
