THC is the primary cannabinoid responsible for the psychoactive effects associated with cannabis. The amount of THC in a product can vary widely based on the method of consumption and the strain at the source of that product. The high that is produced is often enhanced by the “entourage effect” which is a combination of multiple cannabinoids in conjunction with various terpenes and individual body chemistry.
Bred in-house, our Mango Cake is an exotic dessert cross of GOOD BUDS’ juicy Mango Taffie cultivar with sweet and creamy Wedding Cake. It leads with classic Mango Taffie smells of ripe mango sweetness with a gassy afterburn, followed by sweet vanilla undertones and a creamy mouthfeel on the exhale. Grown in small batches in living organic soils, each batch of Mango Cake is hand-harvested, hang-dried, and slow cured following artisanal legacy methods. It’s then hand-packed into recyclable EcoLite tubes, which use 50% less plastic than average tubes. Terpenes include terpinolene, ocimene, and myrcene.
It all started in a van.
At the tail end of a road-trip across Canada, their Founder Tyler Rumi stopped on Salt Spring Island, BC to visit family. He hasn’t left since. A long-time MMAR grower and avid stoner, Tyler fell in love with the island’s amazing growing climate. He decided Salt Spring Island was the best place to live out his dream of starting a craft weed farm.
Living out of his van, Tyler brought in his brother and Co-Founder Alex, and some of his life‐long buds, Ryan, Mike and Andrew to start GOOD BUDS.
In 2020, GOOD BUDS became FVOPA Certified Organic and BC’s first Certified Living Wage Employer in cannabis.
Today, GOOD BUDS has grown from a small dream into an award-winning craft cannabis brand, specialized in Certified Organic weed and concentrates.
